Juha Pohto

Juha is a senior researcher with over 10 years experience in recruiting and executive search.

Before joining Boyden 2000 he served one of the globally leading executive search companies and a major domestic recruiting company - first as a Consultant and then specializing in the research activity.

Juha started his career as a Researcher studying International Economy and Security. During 1994-1998 Juha was co-founder of a new reformist party called The Young Finns and Group Secretary for the Parliamentary Group of The Young Finns.

In executive research Juha is a generalist with some specialties (Life Science, HR and Corporate Communications and PR).

Juha received his Master's degree from the Helsinki University.
